AE Concrete specializes in delivering standard and custom civil precast solutions: Water, Electrical and Communication Vaults, Chambers, Trenches, Box Culverts, Street Light Bases, and a variety of custom precast solutions via our in-house engineering team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives. This involves researching potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and solutions effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential new markets for our products. Use this information to inform product development strategies and market expansion plans.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line, including its features, benefits, and applications. Utilize this knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and address their inquiries or concerns.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the precast concrete industry. Apply this knowledge to enhance sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Additional duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales, preferably in the manufacturing, construction or building materials industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the sales region
  • Knowledge of civil infrastructure, natural resources, forestry, industrial and/or mining considered an asset

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent
LOCATION: Langley and/or Agassiz, BC (with Hybrid/Work From Home Flexibility)
SALARY: $80,000 – $90,000 per year, plus benefits and bonus
