AE Concrete specializes in delivering standard and custom civil precast solutions: Water, Electrical and Communication Vaults, Chambers, Trenches, Box Culverts, Street Light Bases, and a variety of custom precast solutions via our in-house engineering team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads and manages the Sales team, including providing direction, motivation and training to achieve sales targets, business objectives and expand market share
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market presence
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to develop innovative sales strategies and explore new product lines
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Production, Engineering and Quality, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives and processes
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of the curve
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote brand awareness
  • Additional duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales management, plus an additional five (5) years in direct sales – preferably in the construction or building materials industry
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Knowledge of civil infrastructure, natural resources, forestry, industrial and/or mining is considered an asset

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent
LOCATION: Langley and/or Agassiz, BC (with Hybrid/Work From Home Flexibility)
SALARY: $90,000 – $120,000 per year, plus benefits and bonus
